Bread Street Kitchen @ Marina Bay Sands

And finally me and my classmates are able to get to have a taste of one of the Celebrity Chef owned restaurant here in Singapore @ Shoppes at Marina Bay Sand. We had to reserve a table in advance if not we have to wait really long.

Gordon Ramsay needs little introduction as he's really popular in Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmare's (one of my favourite shows) etc. His Bread Street Kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Sabrina Stillhart, who previously worked with him at London’s BSK and the one Michelin starred Savoy Grill. 

Bread Street Kitchen is a 2 level restaurant. The top floor is the outdoor dining and bar area where you are able to enjoy the scenic view of Singapore's Central Business District together with the breeze of salt water from the Singapore River. And the ground floor is cozy with great atmosphere and lighting. 

Service is efficient and prompt, from serving your food, refilling of water and payment.

The food is pricey, can't complain much because of its location and it's Celebrity Chef label. 

While waiting for our food, freshly baked bread from the oven and home made butter was served.

And this is my messy half eaten burger! :) Juicy and flavourful with every bite! Fresh Cut fries, really filling!
