#2: Udders @ Upper East Coast Road

One thing great about this local ice cream chain stall in Singapore is that they create artisan icecream with the use of  fresh milk and create their own unique flavours of icecream. Their icecream are all home-made + they uses natural ingredients.

This chain stall is very popular among teens, and also their workers were mostly teenagers. Ice cream lovers definitely should come here, wine lovers too who can have their tastebuds on the different alcoholic icecreams. The essence of freshly made waffle is over-powering which crave customers in ordering their ice cream with waffles.

Ambience is great as it is a two story shop houses along the road. First date and class gathering are often seen here.
However their services at the icecream counter can be improved.

During my class gathering at Udder's ice cream, i've ordered Dark chocolate and Durian ( Mao Shan Wang) flavours with waffles. It is a perfect combination with the bitter taste of dark chocolate fuses together with the durian flavour which also helps eliminating the sweet after taste of durian. Their waffles are perfectly made, crispy outside and soft on the inside.

In retrospect, this was a great experience for me dining here at Udders. The only room for improvement is that the owner should get more waffle machines to cut short the waiting time for customers. Definitely coming back for more if they constantly provide new and improved flavours.
