#3: Skinny Pizza @ Raffles City

Have you ever tried crispy thin, mouth watering pizza topped with delicious ingredient? Well, Skinny Pizza do serve this freshly toast home made pizza and it is currently one of the thinniest and crispy pizza that couldn't be found elsewhere but here, for now..

I went there during the weekend around late afternoon and I wouldn't need to wait in line. Their service was efficient during off peak, however im reluctant to compare their service during the peak hours.

The ambience is passable and with a snack bar which display the desserts separately from the counter.

Their truffle fries is unique and it taste quite differently from fries you have in fast food chains, and it taste even better when you dip it with their hot sauce. I've ordered a Bolognese & Mozzarella pizza and a Squid Ink pizza as i am spoilt for choices, but both were the favourites among diners.

Both the pizza were perfectly cooked, they are both topped with generous amount of fresh garden herbs and ingredients.

If you are a green horn eater, i suggest you to eat with the knife and fork provided if not things will get a little messy (Which i tried using my hands at the first slice however the thin crust were too crispy to handle till it came falling apart.)

The crust is very crunchy and it really taste like the crackers you find in "yu sheng" and looks similar to the indian "naan" which they mentioned.

What a crackinglicious meal i've had! One thing for sure, i would be coming back for more to try not only their pizza and also their desserts. I would like to give credits to Skinny Pizza in their involvement in social networking. Not many restaurants nor cafe do use social network to keep in touch by updating their menus, asking for feedbacks and improvements from their customers. Hence, this is one plus point skinny pizza are working on.

Average price $30 per person.
